We're currently seeking an Experienced Full Stack Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team in a remote capacity. With +9 million customer conversations every day in +60 languages across 45 countries, arenaflex combines global strength and scale with the agile, entrepreneurial approach of our founder-led culture, enabling companies of all sizes and industries to transform their CX. **Key Responsibilities** As an Experienced Full Stack Insurance Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer service to clients and their customers, ensuring that their insurance policies are handled efficiently and effectively * Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Processing customer transactions, including policy changes, cancellations, and renewals * Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records and data * Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience * Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and arenaflex's products and services **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need: * A high school diploma or equivalent * A valid insurance license (or the ability to obtain one within a reasonable timeframe) * At least 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience in customer service or a related field * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills * Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively * Proficiency in computer systems and data systems **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: * 1-2 years of experience in insurance customer service * Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools * Knowledge of insurance products and services * Bilingual or multilingual skills **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: * Customer Service Aptitude * Reliability * Empathy * Critical Thinking * Professional customer service skills * Basic conflict resolution skills * Effective verbal and written communication * Active listening skills * Demonstrated ability to multitask * Ability to navigate system tools to search for answers and information * Demonstrated ability to utilize computer systems/data systems * Ability to solve complex situations with limited information * Questioning and deductive reasoning skills * Ability to work in teams or independently **Work Environment and Culture** As a remote employee, you will be working from home and will need to have a dedicated, distraction-free, quiet work environment during working and training hours.
