You'll be the face of our company, and your primary goal will be to resolve client issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner. If you're a people person with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** * Respond to client inquiries and resolve moderate to complex issues related to financial products and services * Perform routine tasks such as answering calls, resolving issues, and providing a top-tier customer experience while complying with company policies, procedures, and guidelines * Collaborate with management to receive guidance, escalate questions, and refer complex issues to Senior Client Achievement Representatives * Demonstrate empathy and compassion while assisting clients with their concerns * Be available to work on the phone for extended periods in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of calls * Utilize multiple computer systems to research client needs and propose solutions while conveying information accurately and precisely * Perform various tasks simultaneously, including multitasking, to ensure success in this role **Preparation and Training** * Receive comprehensive classroom training, on-the-job training, and training to learn about arenaflex banking products, policies, and services * Training begins on [insert date] for a period of 7 weeks. Training hours are 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday.
