Our mission is to reimagine the way businesses connect with their customers, and we're looking for talented individuals like you to help us achieve this vision. **Key Responsibilities** As a Staff Data Scientist at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in developing and improving our show commercials dimension technique to drive revenue lift, artificial manage group, ghost commercials, MMM, MTA, A/B testing, and more. Your key responsibilities will include: * Developing and improving show commercials dimension technique to drive revenue lift, artificial manage group, ghost commercials, MMM, MTA, A/B testing, and more * Defining vision and strategies for show commercials dimension methodologies, leveraging domain expertise, internal and external best practices, identifying market opportunities, building business cases, and approving objectives * Building collaborative relationships with key partners by prioritizing aligned business goals, communicating, and prioritizing product roadmaps, and gaining buy-in from executive management * Managing product roadmaps, aligning business and technical needs, deciding rollout method, and managing risks * Continuously interacting with senior management and stakeholders to ensure alignments and manage interdependencies * Explaining complex modeling methods in simple terms and developing compelling narratives that connect modeling effects with business problems * Partnering with the cross-functional team to streamline data technology solutions * Integrating disparate data sources and leveraging modern analytics best practices to provide integrated actionable insights to partners and senior management around digital advertising optimization * Presenting media insights and recommendations to various levels of senior clients **You'll Sweep Us Off Our Feet If...** * You're comfortable influencing others, leading teams, managing stakeholders, getting buy-in from management, and communicating clearly * You have a test and research mentality and an agile way of working to enhance your team's product * You're resourceful, disciplined for execution, and have a can-do attitude * You enjoy digging into data and performing analysis * You're able to use metrics to improve performance * You enjoy building methods for growing demand for your product * You're enthusiastic about solving complex challenges * You're customer-centric in spirit and in execution * You have hands-on experience of using product adoption * You have expertise in Digital and Retail Media Advertising * You have expertise in Digital Ad Stack and Retail Media Advertising **Minimum Qualifications** * Master's degree in data science, statistics, economics, operations research, engineering, or related field * 6+ years of business experience in data science, dimension, advertising strategy & analytics, Ad-Tech, Mar-Tech or related fields * Proficient coding skills (SQL/Python/R) and database knowledge * Experienced in building dimension solutions including revenue lift, ghost commercials, market mix, and multi-touch attribution models; Extensive experience with predictive modeling algorithms * Experience in product management, or related field * Strong project management skills, including managing technical resources and multiple priority & milestone * You have an enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced agile environment * A collaborative attitude and experience of curiosity * Sound business judgment, as well as the ability to think clearly, read quantitatively, problem-solve, scope technical requirements, and prioritize * Strong oral and written communication skills are essential, established ability to persuade others internally and externally **Preferred Qualifications** * Ph.D. degree in Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, or related field * Experience in end-to-end product delivery, self-serve platforms, design, user experiences, automation, optimizations, and data analytics **Compensation and Benefits** arenaflex offers a competitive salary range of $160,000.00-$230,000.00, as well as performance-based incentive awards and other notable benefits for a happier mind, body, and wallet.
