Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional results, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join our journey. **Key Responsibilities** As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for: * Developing and implementing quality management systems and strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards * Conducting audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality management systems and regulatory requirements * Investigating and resolving quality-related issues and complaints * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements * Providing training and guidance to plant personnel on quality management systems and regulatory requirements * Developing and implementing corrective action plans to address quality-related issues and prevent recurrence * Conducting risk assessments and developing risk mitigation strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements * Collaborating with external auditors and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements * Developing and implementing quality metrics and reporting to track progress and identify areas for improvement **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need: * A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as food science, quality assurance, or a related field * At least 5 years of experience in quality assurance, with a focus on food safety and quality control * Experience working with regulatory agencies, such as the FDA and USDA * Experience with quality management systems, such as HACCP and GFSI * Strong knowledge of food safety and quality control principles and practices * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in a relevant field, such as food science or quality assurance * Experience working in a food manufacturing environment * Experience with quality management software and systems * Certification in quality assurance, such as CQF or CQA * Experience with auditing and inspection procedures **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you will need: * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects * Strong knowledge of food safety and quality control principles and practices * Experience with quality management systems, such as HACCP and GFSI * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
