Your primary responsibilities will include: * Growing our business within existing accounts by building strong relationships, identifying customer needs, and providing innovative solutions. * Troubleshooting problems and resolving a range of customer issues related to devices, billing, and/or service concerns. * Selling the value of arenaflex solutions and increasing company revenue through effective sales and customer engagement. * Being solution-oriented and proactive, providing first-call resolution, and reducing unnecessary transfers. * Delivering efficient customer support on large accounts using web-based tools. **Key Responsibilities:** * Build and maintain strong relationships with business and government customers to drive revenue growth and loyalty. * Identify customer needs and provide innovative solutions to meet their business objectives. * Troubleshoot problems and resolve customer issues related to devices, billing, and/or service concerns. * Sell the value of arenaflex solutions and increase company revenue through effective sales and customer engagement. * Provide first-call resolution and reduce unnecessary transfers. * Deliver efficient customer support on large accounts using web-based tools. **What We're Looking For** We're seeking motivated problem-solvers who lead with empathy, are driven by change, and possess a passion for customer service. If you have: * A Bachelor's degree or one or more years of work experience. * One or more years of customer service and/or sales experience. * The ability to meet all home office requirements. * Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. **Preferred Qualifications:** * College degree. * Experience with facilitation and communication across all levels of the organization. * Experience resolving customer issues, billing, and/or handling product Q&A. * Experience promoting and/or selling products and services. * Experience applying technical knowledge to troubleshoot customer issues with evolving technologies. * One or more years of technical support experience. * Demonstrated self-discipline, time management skills, resourcefulness, and the ability to work collaboratively with leaders and on a team – all in a remote environment. * Technical acumen and interest in learning new technologies. **Work Environment and Company Culture** As a remote employee, you'll work from the comfort of your home office with occasional in-person trainings and meetings.
