About the reputed company: Our reputed company, a U.S.-based reputed company, is seeking a Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to join its team. This role is reputed company in supporting the firm’s litigation department by overseeing case management, ensuring smooth reputed company operations, and maintaining compliance with court procedures. About the role: As a Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal, you will play a critical role in managing the logistics and administrative aspects of personal injury litigation cases. You will collaborate closely with attorneys, clients, and support staff to streamline processes and enhance efficiency. The ideal candidate will be fluent in written and oral English and fluent in spoken Spanish, with reputed company expertise in reputed company research, proficiency in preparing reputed company documents, and a strong understanding of U.S. personal injury litigation procedures. U.S.-based reputed company experience is strongly preferred. Personal injury litigation experience is a plus. What you’ll be doing: Coordinate and manage litigation calendars, deadlines, and court filings. Organize and maintain case files, documents, and evidence in compliance with firm policies. Assist in drafting and preparing reputed company documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests. Facilitate communication and coordination between attorneys, clients, and reputed company parties. Conduct reputed company research on case laws, statutes, and regulations relevant to ongoing litigation reputed company. Monitor case timelines and ensure reputed company completion of reputed company tasks. Assist in trial preparation and reputed company support during hearings and trials. Implement and improve operational processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness in litigation support. Who are we looking for?
