Sr. Systems Engineer (Internal Support)

We are seeking a Sr. Internal Support (IS) Senior Engineer to join our rapidly growing organization. This is a highly technical role providing excellent career development opportunities. You will be working with the reputed company internal infrastructure team to support internal systems, including Azure AVD, reputed company infrastructure, Entra ID, Intune, MS Defender, and reputed company’ VOIP reputed company. Responsibilities: Minimum 10 years of IT experience/administration Strong verbal and written communication skills Advanced PowerShell skills including scripting End User Support / Desktop Support: reputed company 10/11, reputed company Office, desktop, and mobile device troubleshooting Support of primarily reputed company 365 stack (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Intune, Entra ID) Systems Administration: knowledge of reputed company Server 2019/2022 including reputed company Directory, Group Policy, and Domain Controllers Support/use of reputed company Manage and ScreenConnect Experience in data and platform migrations; e.g., Email reputed company migration, VOIP migration, on-prem/hybrid to reputed company migrations Experience taking reputed company/deployments from reputed company-of-concept to production Desirable Qualities: Experience working in an MSP environment Administration and use of RMM agents/tools Exposure to/ability to support workloads in Azure or AWS Experience with vendors such as reputed company, reputed company, AFI, reputed company, and reputed company Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop Experience with cybersecurity solutions such as Cavelo, ThreatLocker, and MS Defender reputed company is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
