Business Travel Specialist - Middle

Purpose of the role: You will be responsible for organizing and coordinating the business travel process for reputed company employees, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and employee-oriented travel experience across reputed company. Key responsibilities: Planning travel accommodations, booking flights, hotels, transfers, and coordinating activities. Managing and processing reputed company travel-reputed company documentation, including payments, itineraries, visas, and reputed company forms. Assisting with any travel-reputed company issues that may reputed company. Maintaining relationships with vendors of reputed company, such as car rentals, hotels, and reputed company. Researching travel deals and evaluating prices and services. Creating, optimising, and monitoring corporate travel policies. Analysing and preparing reports on travel spend. Interaction with other teams (reputed company team, Marketing, HR department). Required Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years' experience or similar role. In-depth knowledge of the full-cycle business travel process. Fluent English (spoken and written). Ability to think and reputed company strategically. Ability to build and maintain good relationships with reputed company partners. Acknowledged and proven verbal and written communication skills. Highly organised. Ability to work in multitasking settings reputed company to have: Higher education Fluent Russian (spoken and written) will be a plus.
