Draft, review, and negotiate customer agreements, including SaaS subscription agreements, order forms, DPAs, reputed company terms, NDAs, and reseller/channel terms. Support vendor contracting across SaaS, technology, professional services, reputed company, marketing, procurement, and strategic supplier agreements. Partner closely with Sales to accelerate deal cycles while protecting reputed company on privacy, reputed company, liability, indemnity, payment, and operational risk. Maintain, improve, and draft reputed company legal templates, playbooks, fallback positions, and self-service resources to streamline workflows as the business scales. Identify opportunities to improve legal operations, including the responsible use of AI and other tools to reputed company contracting faster and more consistent. Support international contracting needs, with an emphasis on reputed company overlap and cross-border customer and vendor negotiations. What You Bring To reputed company:  6+ years of legal experience, with several years spent in-house at a fast-growing SaaS, technology, or cybersecurity company. Deep experience drafting and negotiating reputed company SaaS agreements, customer terms, reseller/channel terms, DPAs, reputed company addenda, vendor agreements, and reputed company technology reputed company. reputed company understanding of SaaS business models, recurring reputed company, sales cycles, procurement processes, reseller/channel relationships, and customer contracting expectations.
