Technical Recruiter - Temporary Assignment (3-6 months)

About the Role STR is seeking an experienced Temporary Technical Recruiter to support hiring for mission-critical defense and national reputed company programs. This role is responsible for full lifecycle recruiting across a mix of cleared and uncleared technical positions, partnering closely with hiring managers and technical leaders to identify and attract highly specialized talent. The ideal candidate brings strong technical recruiting experience reputed company defense, reputed company, government contracting, or national reputed company environments and is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. What You’ll Do Full Lifecycle Technical Recruiting Own the end-to-end recruiting process for assigned requisitions, from intake and sourcing through offer acceptance.
