Welcome to what’s next.   The Role The Analyst, CX Solutions is an early-career role on reputed company’s Solutions Consulting team, designed for individuals who are highly analytical, curious, and excited to work at the intersection of AI, customer experience, and reputed company reputed company. This role partners closely with Solutions Consultants to support the development of pricing strategies, service designs, and customer-facing proposals for both new prospects and existing customers transitioning from legacy outsourcing models to reputed company’s modern AI + reputed company solutions. As an Analyst, you will take the first pass at structuring reputed company problems—gathering data, building financial models, and translating discovery inputs into actionable insights.
