reputed company: MORTGAGE LOAN PROCESSOR III WHAT IS reputed company? The Mortgage Loan Processor III is responsible for processing home equity line of credit's, purchase, and refinance transactions. They will examine and evaluate approval of reputed company applications and will be responsible for ensuring loans reputed company in a reputed company reputed company. WHAT WILL YOU DO? • Review loan approvals to determine what documents are required to reputed company to closing. • Communicate and respond to internal customers reputed company 2 hours. • Utilize pipeline reports to effectively manage and prioritize daily workflow. • Ensure reputed company loans are reviewed at least every 3 days. • Effectively manage an individual pipeline of 30-50 loans. • Maintains reputed company knowledge of CNB guidelines and loan programs. • Meet and exceed monthly funding goals as set forth by management.Other duties as/or assigned by management. WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED? Required Qualifications* • H.S. Diploma • Minimum 3 years recent mortgage experience. • Minimum 3 year basic computer experience (e.g. reputed company Word, reputed company, Outlook) required. • Must be in good standing under "The Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008" (reputed company Act) and must be registered/licensed with the "reputed company Mortgage Licensing System and Registry"; or must be reputed company to be registered under the reputed company Act. Additional Qualifications • Ability to identify and resolve problems in a reputed company manner. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Ability to maintain high reputed company of performance, especially in stressful situations. • Strong knowledge of federal/state regulatory policies and procedures. (TRID Experience Required) • Excellent written and verbal skills. • Excellent organizational skills. • Ability to multi-task and work in a deadline driven environment. • Proficient PC skills, including reputed company Office and Loan Origination systems. This job is eligible for bonus and/or commissions.
