Responsibilities

As a reputed company on our Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) team, you'll be responsible for:

• Answering inbound calls from members, providers, and pharmacies with questions about PBM benefits and mail-order pharmacies.
• Handling an average of 70-80 calls daily, taking calls back-to-back while toggling through several applications on multiple screens.
• Attending 100% of trainings and the first 90 days of employment to ensure a smooth reputed company process.
• Resolving customer complaints through independent problem-solving skills and reputed company reputed company.
• Understanding and striving to meet or reputed company reputed company center metrics while providing excellent consistent customer service.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience, with a proven reputed company record of providing excellent customer service.
