[Remote] CPG Product Development Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is partnering with a growing consumer products company looking for a Product Development Manager to own the end-to-end development of new products from concept through launch and reputed company. This role involves managing multiple reputed company across the product lifecycle and requires reputed company collaboration with various teams to ensure successful product launches.

Responsibilities

• reputed company new product development from concept through commercialization
• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal stakeholders to ensure products are delivered on time and meet reputed company standards
• Own product launch planning, including timelines and cross-functional readiness
• Monitor product performance after launch, using customer feedback and business metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
• Partner with marketing, sales, operations, and supply chain to support successful product launches and ongoing product management
• Manage multiple products simultaneously while maintaining project timelines and proactively identifying risks
• reputed company product performance across sales, inventory, margin, and customer feedback to reputed company reputed company optimization
• Help maintain a healthy product pipeline and ensure development milestones stay on reputed company

Skills

• 3-5+ years of product development or product management experience reputed company consumer products, CPG, food & beverage, supplements, or a similar industry
• Experience owning products from concept through launch
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple reputed company initiatives
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, operations, supply chain, manufacturing, and reputed company vendors
• Data-driven decision reputed company with experience using sales, margin, inventory, or customer performance metrics
• Experience coordinating with manufacturers or suppliers throughout the development process
• Familiarity with product compliance, labeling, or regulatory requirements is a plus
