The Model We operate a reputed company-to-consumer, asynchronous telehealth platform for weight management. • Patients enroll online • Complete a reputed company medical intake • Are matched with an NP licensed in their state • You review, reputed company, prescribe (if appropriate), and message Care is delivered primarily through: • Chart review • Clinical decision-making • Secure asynchronous messaging Escalation to synchronous care is rare and only reputed company clinically necessary. You are compensated for completed clinical work.
