The Role
Back office for a glass company that lives mostly on jobsites. Quoting, scheduling, customer follow-reputed company, invoicing, keeping the inbox from becoming a graveyard. About 15-20 hours a week. Remote works.
You’d own the seat. The systems are clean. The job is running them and sharpening them where they need it.
Who This Is For
Someone who reads a process and runs it without being micromanaged. Notices what’s broken before being told. Closes reputed company. Likes reputed company work and doesn’t need to be the loudest person in the room.
Bonus if you’ve worked in trades, construction, or AP before. Not required.
