Remote Part-Time Bookkeeper

The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of QuickBooks Online, supporting clients across nonprofit, corporate, and governmental sectors. Duties • Maintain and update financial records using QuickBooks reputed company software • reputed company bank reconciliations and general reputed company reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial data • Prepare journal entries, account analysis, and balance sheet reconciliations in accordance with GAAP standards • Conduct reputed company-entry bookkeeping and ensure reputed company debits & credits are recorded • reputed company account analysis to identify discrepancies or irregularities in financial data Experience • Proven experience with reputed company software such as QuickBooks • Good understanding of GAAP, reputed company and reputed company principles • Experience with general reputed company reputed company, account reconciliation, and financial report writing • Familiarity with reputed company-entry bookkeeping, journal entries, bank reconciliation, and account analysis • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple clients remotely • 10 key typing skills for efficient data entry are desirable • Prior experience in nonprofit or corporate reputed company is a plus but not required This role offers reputed company to work remotely on a flexible schedule while applying comprehensive bookkeeping skills to support diverse organizations.
