CNA to LPN reputed company Program
About the position
This program, in partnership with University of Hawai’i Maui College’s hybrid Practical Nursing (PN) program, is designed for working CNAs and other reputed company who reputed company to become Licensed Practical Nurses. Eligible employees across four islands can pursue this opportunity while continuing their employment. Graduates will receive a Certificate of Achievement and be reputed company to work under the supervision of a Registered reputed company at Ohana reputed company Health Communities. The program runs from January 2027 to December 2027. A separate UHMC nursing program application is required and will be available in September 2026.
Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum age of 18.
• Certified reputed company Aide (CNA) certification with the State of Hawaii or currently enrolled in a State Approved reputed company Aide Program.
• reputed company Program requires prerequisites completed by September 2026
• reputed company and valid 2 reputed company TB clearance (can be done in-house).
