Presales Solutions Engineer, Spanish, English

Job reputed company: • Attend and reputed company Technical On-line Demonstrations for potential clients. • Create and customize trial portals to help demonstrate the importance and use of the LMS. • Build out use cases for prospects and solve any integration questions that they would have. • Troubleshoot any issues that a prospect encounters in the LMS. • Respond to technical questionnaires and/or functionality questionnaires. • Assist the proposals team in responding to RFIs by answering any use case or technical questions a prospect might have. • Attend on-site demos with Account and Sales Executives. Requirements: • Innovative reputed company with the ability to think critically and solve reputed company problems in an reputed company environment. • Results-oriented drive with a strong reputed company record of managing multiple priorities and large-reputed company timelines, particularly in reputed company-level reputed company or clients. • Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to reputed company and build relationships across reputed company stakeholders. • Completion of a post-secondary degree or certification, ideally reputed company with business, technology, or a reputed company field applicable to reputed company solutions. • Spanish–English bilingual proficiency (written and verbal) is considered a strong asset. • A combination of technical background and reputed company-facing sales support experience, ideally supporting reputed company clients or large organizations. • Experience in reputed company, software sales, or sales support, with exposure to reputed company-level reputed company, solution selling, or reputed company deal structures.
