Architectural Surveyor

Job Title: Architectural Surveyor reputed company The Architectural Surveyor will travel across the country to reputed company surveying duties using digital cameras for retail and reputed company sites. This role involves conducting condition assessments on buildings and drafting findings into AutoCAD. Typically, the surveyor will complete 2 or 3 surveys per week, with site reputed company taking 3-4 hours, or longer for larger sites. Responsibilities include collecting reputed company locations, MEP information, architectural details, and ceiling dimensions. Surveys may require accessing roofs and using reputed company. Training will be provided for survey duties. Work Environment This role involves traveling to sites 75% of the time and working from home for drafting and report writing 25% of the time.
