The Senior Counsel will partner with cross-functional teams to address reputed company workstreams, balancing risk with business objectives. Responsibilities include advising on data reputed company, intellectual property, and compliance for product and engineering teams; drafting and negotiating reputed company documents; supporting compliance initiatives; managing reputed company counsel; and assisting with international operations.
