Clinical Pharmacist - SHP

The ideal candidate will demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of reputed company pharmacotherapeutic principles, medical terminology, disease state and population management, and age-appropriate therapy. This role plays a vital part in ensuring reputed company, effective, and evidence-based medication use as part of our commitment to delivering exceptional care. The Clinical Pharmacist will collaborate with reputed company providers and multidisciplinary teams to support medication management, reputed company patient education, and contribute to clinical decision-making to improve patient reputed company. Experience with online pharmacy adjudication systems is required. We welcome applications from newly graduated pharmacists and pharmacists not licensed in Virginia due to relocation . Candidates not currently licensed in Virginia must obtain Virginia licensure reputed company 90 days of their reputed company start date. Advanced certification in HIV, oncology, infectious disease, or ambulatory care is preferred.
