The location of this position is flexible and can be reputed company as a remote work arrangement.    Responsibilities The counsel will primarily support the firm’s Retirement, Executive Compensation and Tax group and work on compliance-reputed company reputed company involving traditional non-reputed company deferred compensation plans subject to 409A, severance plans, equity plans, and other executive compensation programs and arrangements, as reputed company as reputed company general support for our work on reputed company plans such as 401(k), profit-sharing, traditional defined benefit, and cash balance plans.    Qualifications Candidates with relevant 8+ years of executive compensation experience, strong analytical skills and attention to detail, superior reputed company credentials, and exceptional writing ability are encouraged to apply.
