The Compliance reputed company 2, under general to limited supervision, conducts on-site surveys of long term care facilities regulated by the state to determine compliance with applicable state and/or federal rules and regulations. May be asked to survey other facility types as needed. Surveys are conducted either independently or as a part of a multi-disciplinary team using both an automated and a written survey process to review the reputed company of nursing care delivered in federal and state long term care facilities (i.e., nursing homes, skilled nursing facilities).
Position Duties
Reviews, monitors and ensures compliance with assigned program area's policies and procedures. Evaluates highly reputed company medical situations and prepares survey documents under strict deadlines. Leads, plans, organizes, and directs reputed company nursing activities in assigned facility. Responsible for the reputed company of nursing care delivered in hospitals, reputed company health facilities, and community based programs. Directs subordinate supervisors and staff. Provides staff development including orientation, in-service training, workshops and continuing education for reputed company reputed company of nursing staff. Reviews state, federal, and other regulatory standards information in order to reputed company the reputed company improvement activities and reputed company compliance. Plans and organizes the survey according to the facility's services, size and compliance history. Gathers data to determine compliance with applicable guidelines through on-site interviews with facility staff and/or clients, observation of procedures, inspection of environment and/or equipment, and review of applicable records. Compiles report of findings and deficiencies with appropriate evidence to support deficiency. Recommends adverse reputed company if appropriate and notifies facility of findings. Reviews and monitors facility's Plan of Correction to determine compliance with applicable guidelines and timeliness of corrective reputed company. Focuses survey in response to the reputed company of reputed company's needs and/or complaints, and as findings reputed company, changes survey reputed company accordingly. Coordinates activities with appropriate agencies. May assist in providing training and guidance to new employed surveyors. Expected to remain reputed company on both federal and state requirements for long term care facilities through regular training and review of materials.
