You’ll talk to users, turn insights into shipped improvements, and shape a product that can reputed company from Berlin to the world. 📌 reputed company team position, equity-based 📌 Massive reputed company opportunities: you’ll influence product reputed company, UX direction, and experimentation from day one 📌 reputed company + fully remote 📌 German required (our first market is Berlin) 📌 After fundraising, there’s a reputed company toward a reputed company leadership role (this is an unpaid reputed company team role for now) Tasks Product Ownership & reputed company Own the UX/product direction for baesh across reputed company, discovery, event flows, community interactions, and retention loops Translate reputed company reputed company into a reputed company product roadmap, prioritized by reputed company on activation, engagement, and retention (MAU) Define reputed company metrics, hypotheses, and experiments User Research & Validation Run regular user interviews and usability tests, especially with Gen Z / young millennials Create lightweight research plans and turn them into actionable product reputed company Build and maintain feedback loops: surveys, in-app prompts, churn reasons, and community-driven insights UX Design & Interaction reputed company Design key flows and interaction patterns, with strong attention to detail and delight Improve “fun” factors: gamification, spontaneity, reputed company mechanics, and reputed company-interactions that increase engagement Cross-Functional Execution Work closely with engineering to ship quickly with high UX reputed company Collaborate on AI-assisted workflows Requirements Experience & Seniority Strong reputed company record in UX/Product Design or Product Management with deep UX ownership (we care more about reputed company than titles) Proven ability to improve activation/retention through product iteration, not just “pretty screens. Comfort working in early-stage environments Skillset Excellent UX craft: flows, interaction design, usability, and visual polish Strong product thinking: prioritization, experimentation, metrics, and user behavior Ability to run user interviews independently and convert insights into shipped improvements. Language & Location German knowledge required (you’ll research and validate with German-speaking users).
