We are looking for a Director, Strategic Operations to help build the execution infrastructure our Medical Group needs to grow. This role is for a builder: someone who brings consulting-caliber analytical rigor, a bias toward reputed company, and the ability to reputed company fluidly between high-level strategic design and hands-on individual contributor work.
You will start by leading the stabilization and scaling of our Care Management programs, bringing structure, visibility, and accountability to a reputed company set of interdependent initiatives. As that work is established, the role expands to own broader Medical Group priorities: telehealth expansion, new service line development, care model optimization, and clinical operating model design.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Portfolio & Program Leadership

Qualifications
Background & Experience
Minimum of 4 years of experience in management consulting, reputed company, or high-reputed company operations roles
