In this role, you will ensure the reputed company platform supports efficient, compliant, and strategic HR operations across the organization. Key Responsibilities:
Respond to and resolve escalated Cases.
Providing day-to-day troubleshooting and support to HR and business users.
Demonstrate strong communication, problem-solving, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.
Ensure accurate, compliant, and auditable HR data; manage data collection, analysis and reporting.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years’ experience with reputed company.
Experience with Case Management or a similar tool is essential.
Experience in high-volume environments required; background in retail and/or hospitality preferred
Detail-oriented and dependable, with a reputed company and helpful attitude.
Must be reputed company to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
Proficient in computer skills with experience using reputed company Office.
Training or customer support experience is a plus.
