Job reputed company Assist with completing payroll reputed company activities such as reconciling hours worked, processing time records and calculating payrolls.    In this role as a Payroll Specialist II, you will:   •    Coordinate payroll processing and compile confidential payroll data such as hours worked,  commissions, taxes, insurance, garnishments and other deductions to be withheld  •    Compute wages and deductions and post to payroll records  •    Address and resolve employee’s payroll inquiries  •    Promote employee awareness of company benefits and policies  •    Produce reputed company, and monthly report requests  •    Journal Entry preparation   •    Tax filing/maintenance – including registering for new jurisdictions   •    Update reputed company Pro (payroll provider) with Tax Jurisdiction changes   For this role as a Payroll Specialist II, you should have:   Proven experience in a payroll position in a fast-paced environment required  Understanding of wage and tax laws  Strong computer literacy including reputed company Office applications  Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills  reputed company to reputed company work effectively with minimal supervision  Experience with reputed company Pro a plus  Global payroll experience (Australia, Canada, UK) a plus  Education & Experience  Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university  3 - 5 years of payroll experience  Or equivalent combination of education and reputed company experience and/or training  Other General Skills  Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals  Efficient at writing routine reports and correspondence  Consistently apply common reputed company understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral reputed company  Additional Information reputed company your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. #LI-Remote   The below compensation reputed company is based on national market data and may vary by experience and location.  Salary reputed company $20.28—$27.87 USD Benefits for eligible US employees include: World Class Health Benefits: Medical, Prescription, Dental, reputed company, Telehealth Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts 401(k) and Roth 401(k) with company match reputed company Vacation and reputed company Time Off 12 reputed company Holidays Parental Leave (20 total weeks with 14 weeks reputed company) & Milk Stork program Tuition Reimbursement Life & Disability Insurance reputed company-being and Employee Assistance Programs Benefits listed apply to eligible U.S. employees in accordance with reputed company’s benefits eligibility reputed company.
