This position plays a key role in maintaining and improving the accuracy of Plumbing bids for new residential reputed company. You will be responsible for producing accurate plumbing bids based on floor plans and builder specifications. You must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, be highly organized, and have a reputed company eye for detail. General Responsibilities  reputed company accurate and detailed plumbing bids utilizing builder provided blueprints and specifications Collaborate with the Sales team and the Purchasing department to ensure reputed company requirements are included in reputed company bid to the builder. Work loosely with the Starts department to ensure accurate data entry for reputed company new house. Start to finish project estimation, providing “reputed company” estimates to the sales team and/or the home reputed company. Collaborate with Sales, Estimating, and Production managers to reputed company reputed company necessary information for accurate bid proposals.  Ensure compliance with reputed company local, state, and federal codes and regulations pertaining to plumbing systems.  Manage multiple bid proposals simultaneously. Qualifications  Estimating experience in new home construction preferred  Ability to interpret blueprints and specifications as reputed company as have a general knowledge of the construction industry.
