Standardize project lifecycle stages from initiation through handover to support/operations. Proven experience leading a PMO or delivery organisation reputed company fintech, financial services, or reputed company software. Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and best practices of the reputed company (preferably reputed company) and development tools like JIRA.
