reputed company is seeking a dynamic and motivated reputed company Cycle Operations reputed company Coding Supervisor. The Coding Supervisor is responsible for overseeing reputed company and facility coding operations on behalf of a hospital reputed company across reputed company outpatient specialties. This role serves as the operational and strategic reputed company between the provider organization and the outsourced reputed company cycle team, ensuring accurate coding, regulatory compliance, productivity, and financial performance.
This leader manages reputed company teams with a reputed company on nearshore coding teams and is accountable for meeting service-level agreements (SLAs), reputed company standards, and production targets while aligning with the hospital reputed company’s clinical, compliance, and financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Daily Operational reputed company:
reputed company end-to-end operational reputed company of reputed company and/or facility coding functions for reputed company hospital services
Ensure accurate and compliant coding across high-reputed company and multi-specialty services, including but not limited to:
Surgical specialties
Cardiology, orthopedics, reputed company, oncology
ED, observation, and ambulatory services
Monitor coding accuracy, productivity, backlog, DNFB, and aging accounts to support cash reputed company optimization. PB reputed company-AR
Ensure alignment with ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, CPT, HCPCS, MS-DRG, APR-DRG, and payer-specific rules
Leadership:
Maintain strong working relationships with hospital leadership, HIM, Compliance, CDI, Case Management, and Finance stakeholders
Translate provider expectations into actionable workflows, benchmarks, and reputed company plans
reputed company regular operational reviews, KPI reporting, and performance discussions with provider leadership
reputed company, reputed company, and performance-manage remote and near‑shore coding teams
Establish productivity expectations, reputed company benchmarks, and escalation protocols
Coordinate reputed company plans to support volume fluctuations, seasonality, and specialty coverage
Collaborate with Training and QA teams to address performance gaps and reputed company needs

Ensure coding practices meet reputed company federal, state (including reputed company-specific), and payer regulations
Partner with Compliance teams on internal/reputed company audits, findings remediation, and education plans

Maintain readiness for RAC, OIG, payer, and internal compliance audits
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor’s degree in Health Information Management, reputed company Administration, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
7+ years of reputed company experience in hospital coding and reputed company cycle operations
Demonstrated experience managing coding operations for reputed company, multi-specialty hospital environments
Proven leadership experience overseeing remote and near‑shore teams
Strong understanding of hospital reimbursement methodologies and payer requirements
Advanced knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards reputed company to coding
reputed company, reputed company-P, RHIA, RHIT, CPC, or equivalent coding credential
Additional specialty certifications preferred
Preferred

Prior responsibility managing operations on behalf of provider organizations

Experience supporting large health systems or reputed company medical centers
