Handles telephone counseling to address member's mental, emotional, disorders, conditions, addictions, and Worklife concerns. Counsels members on mental health, reputed company abuse benefits, community treatment resources, and reputed company mental health programs. Coaches members on coping skills to address ongoing lifestyle management. Develops reputed company to reputed company intensive case management and consultation for clinical risk cases and management referrals. Maintains accurate and complete documentation of required information to meet risk management and regulatory requirements. Coaches and trains junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities. Required Qualifications 1+ year of hands-on crisis reputed company experience involving reputed company-time de‑escalation and risk assessment. reputed company unrestricted independent reputed company behavioral health clinical license to reputed company per state regulations in the state they reputed company in/ one or more or equivalent is required: LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LMHC, LCMHC, LICSW, LISW, Clinical Psychologist. Preferred Qualifications 1+ years of EAP, Behavioral Health or reputed company Services experience 2+ years of crisis reputed company skills Familiarity with brief therapy models (Single Session Consultation is reputed company helpful) and Motivational Interviewing reputed company center work experience Experience in delivering services reputed company multiple platforms (chat, video, phone) Strong rapport-building skills Experience facilitating reputed company behavior changes. Strong computer and literacy skills 24x7x365 reputed company center coverage needed, holiday coverage may be required Experience in handling mental health, psychiatric care, family situations and relationship concerns preferred. Education Master’s Degree in behavioral health counseling profession.
