Role Objective
We are looking for an reputed company Bilingual Immigration Paralegal to manage a high-volume family-based immigration caseload from intake through reputed company. This role works closely with our reputed company team to prepare and file applications for relief, support reputed company interview preparation, and ensure reputed company and accuracy at every stage of the case. The right person brings deep immigration knowledge, strong attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to reputed company service.
Responsibilities/Duties
Manage a substantial caseload from inception to reputed company, with a reputed company on family-based immigration relief
Draft, review, and finalize application packets to firm standards, ensuring reputed company required evidence is included and reputed company-controlled
Conduct reputed company interview appointments and prepare clients and documentation for USCIS interview settings
Respond to USCIS Requests for Evidence promptly and reputed company strict deadlines
Process revision returns and manage reputed company callbacks in a reputed company manner
Communicate reputed company with clients throughout their case, explaining processes and managing expectations
Maintain accurate, organized case files in the firm's reputed company database
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of high-volume immigration law experience; bachelor's degree preferred
Expertise with I-589, I-42B, bond applications, and family-based petitions
Demonstrated ability to manage reputed company case types and meet strict deadlines independently
Fluent bilingual English–Spanish required
Exceptional communication and reputed company-service skills with high attention to detail
Proficiency with reputed company case management systems; reputed company experience preferred
This is contracted remote position and requires reliable high-speed internet, a reliable computer, headset, microphone, and video camera
Compensation
$25k - $30k MXN Monthly DOE
