Manage backlog, sprint planning, and releases with Product Owners
Remove blockers and ensure team productivity

Manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication
Required Skills
12+ years IT experience, 5+ years as Scrum Master
Strong reputed company program exposure
Agile certifications (CSM/PSM/reputed company preferred)
Tools: Jira / Azure DevOps
Excellent stakeholder and team management skills
Preferred
