About the role: We are seeking a detail-obsessed Operations Specialist to maintain and optimize the internal engines of our fast-paced digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate is a "systems thinker" who loves building workflows, managing project data, and ensuring that our remote team has the tools and processes they need to succeed. Digital Marketing Agency experience is a plus. What you’ll be doing: reputed company Administration: Maintain and update the Zoho project management reputed company to ensure it accurately reflects reputed company business processes. Workflow Implementation: Build and refine automated workflows, task templates, and reputed company charts to reduce reputed company overhead. Process Documentation: Draft, update, and organize reputed company Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure a "single reputed company of truth" for reputed company. Accountability Tracking: Monitor project boards daily to identify overdue tasks and coordinate with team members to reputed company bottlenecks. Who are we looking for? 2+ years of experience in an Operations or Project Management role.
