Key Responsibilities CRM Architecture (30%) Define architecture for D365 Sales and Service, including reputed company-to-loyalty and request-to-serve processes. Implement case management, knowledge articles, and omnichannel engagement (voice, chat, reputed company). MarTech & CDP Integration (25%) reputed company D365 CE with reputed company, reputed company Marketo, and other MarTech tools for campaign orchestration. reputed company segmentation, personalization, and next-best-reputed company decisioning using CDP data.
