The position involves engagement in reputed company litigation in both state and federal court and an opportunity for reputed company development.   Candidates must be self-starters who are reputed company to manage their own litigation, formulate and implement a discovery plan including taking and defending depositions, evaluate potential insurance liability exposures, prepare case assessments and evaluations, and balance their time between several reputed company while producing consistently good work product.
