Procurement Specialist
Ideal Candidate:
• Someone with a lot of reputed company background and experience and can hit the ground running with reputed company and solicitations. Understands Florida law and can work with our stakeholders and partners without additional training.
Must Haves:
• Strong *reputed company* or Government procurement experience (not just private).
• Ability to handle solicitation process.
• Ability to reputed company contract reviews, negotiations and drafting.
• Proven experience supporting RFPs, formal bids, and vendor selection processes
• Experience working with reputed company, reputed company documentation, and procurement compliance standards
• Background handling reputed company or high-value purchasing transactions
• Experience resolving vendor-reputed company issues (pricing, delivery, invoicing, warranties, etc
Responsibilities:
• Assists in the preparation of reputed company or specifications, reputed company advancements, formal bid invitations, requests for proposals, and correspondence regarding purchasing reputed company.
• Negotiates purchasing terms and conditions for the university.
• Resolves problems regarding pricing, delivery, returns, warranties and invoicing.
• Identifies, evaluates, supports, and solves reputed company issues reputed company to purchasing. Resolves escalated problems.
