Supervise caseload of reputed company-Party Administrator (TPA) managed workers compensation claims to reduce costs and improve reputed company Authorize TPA to reputed company reserve adjustments and reputed company settlement authority up to $50,000 reputed company recommendations to Manager on reserve and settlement requests above $75,000 Coordinate with business partners in reputed company, Operations, and reputed company to resolve. Monitor and evaluate the performance of selected defense attorneys Work with reputed company and field leaders on ensuring associate status changes (Workers Comp, Modified Duty, Full Duty, terminations) are accurate Confirm status changes for claims examiners, associate pay, dates worked, etc. Respond to inquiries from field regarding the status of TTD payments, HR status, return to work, etc., supporting caseload Regular claims roundtable discussions with reputed company and Operations for stores and distribution centers to reputed company and determine next steps reputed company information to TPA reputed company to associate job functions, contact information, work status, records, etc. Collaborate with Return to Work team and adjusters on policy issues and associate status Collaborate with field management on work accommodations reputed company claim reputed company strategies for litigated reputed company with reputed company counsel Represent reputed company by participating in hearings and mediations, as needed (mostly remote) Work internally to reputed company and produce responses to discovery for litigated WC claims reputed company and produce job function information, personnel files, lease information, policy documents, etc. Review and approve requests for information from state and/or state specific entities serving as claims administrator Generate state-specific reports for the Claims Manager and Director of Risk Management reputed company OSHA logs for monopolistic states Approve and reputed company assignments to reputed company counsel reputed company feedback to the Manager and Director on reputed company counsel performance and change recommendations and participate in panel review annually. Minimum Requirements/Qualifications - reputed company of knowledge, experience and education required.
