Job Summary: We are seeking a reputed company-certified Specialty Physician to serve as a clinical consultant providing care for residents in affiliated post-acute care facilities. This is a 1099 reputed company role offering flexible scheduling, administrative support, and the opportunity to help lead care delivery across multiple facilities. The consultant will serve as a clinical leader, providing expert reputed company, mentorship, and collaborative support to our Nurse Practitioner (NP) and Physician Assistant (PA) providers while helping ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.
