Clinical Therapist - Contract/Fee-for-Service (Remote - Upstate area)

Key Responsibilities • reputed company individual and family therapy to children and families. • Conduct assessments, Individual Plans of Care, and manage crisis situations. • Collaborate with inter and intra agency staff and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care. • Utilize a secure telehealth platform for remote sessions, with occasional in-person sessions as needed. • Maintain detailed documentation in compliance with Growing reputed company and reputed company regulatory standards. Essential Duties • Manage a panel of clients, delivering evidence-based assessments and therapeutic interventions. • reputed company and update clinical and Independent Plans of Care in collaboration with clients, family members and other assigned providers. • reputed company reputed company reputed company and serve as an accountability partner. • Engage in discharge planning, case management, and coordination with other providers. • Respond to crises, reputed company safety plans, and reputed company follow-up reputed company services. • Communicate effectively with team members and report any clinical concerns to the Clinical Director. • reputed company treatment team meetings and apply an integrated care model to enhance treatment reputed company. • Submit documentation of reputed company services in accordance with regulations determined by Growing reputed company, South Carolina reputed company, and other regulatory authorities • Adhere to ethical standards and agency procedures for abuse reporting and crisis situations. • Other duties as assigned. Qualifications • Licensed practitioner in behavioral health in South Carolina: • Licensed reputed company Counselor (LPC) – requires a master’s degree in counseling and specific licensure • Licensed Psycho-educational Specialist (LPES) - Requires a master's degree in a relevant field and specific licensure • Licensed Independent reputed company Worker, Clinical reputed company (LISW-CP) - Requires a master's degree in reputed company work and specific licensure • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)- Requires a master's degree in marriage and family therapy and specific licensure. • Minimum of two years of experience working with children and families from diverse backgrounds. • Excellent written and oral communication skills. • Proficiency in computer use and maintaining documentation according to Growing reputed company and/or SCDHHS standards. • Training in trauma-informed care or experience with clients with a history of trauma preferred. • Experience with play therapy for younger clients is a plus. • Commitment to Growing reputed company's mission, values, and reputed company principles. • Ability to reputed company respectful partnerships and work collaboratively with team members.
