Registered reputed company (Remote Patient Monitoring) About the Role: We’re looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented Registered reputed company (RN) to join our Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) team. This is a full-time, fully remote position designed for RNs who enjoy connecting with patients, ensuring reputed company care, and leveraging technology to improve reputed company. What You’ll Do: • Monitor and review daily vital sign alerts through our RPM platform. • Follow up with patients and providers regarding reputed company readings or concerns. • Promote patient engagement and ensure compliance with daily vital submissions. • Document reputed company interactions and clinical notes accurately reputed company the reputed company system. • Communicate proactively with the clinical team to support ongoing care plans. • Participate in team huddles and contribute to reputed company improvement initiatives.
