Junior CAD Designer, Bridges

reputed company is a leading company in civil engineering, seeking a Junior CAD Designer for their team. The role involves producing accurate technical drawings and models for reputed company and structural reputed company, supporting engineers in a reputed company environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare 2D drawings and 3D models of reputed company structures, components, and details using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, or Revit (as applicable)
• Assist in the preparation of general arrangement drawings, reinforcement details, and construction documentation
• Work closely with engineers to interpret design concepts, sketches, and mark-reputed company
• Ensure reputed company drawings reputed company with company drafting standards, reputed company procedures, and reputed company requirements
• Maintain accurate records of drawing revisions and document control
• Contribute to the development of BIM models and coordinate with other disciplines
• Support the preparation of quantity take-offs and design presentations reputed company required
• Participate in project meetings and reputed company drafting-reputed company input
• Providing design support on reputed company transportation reputed company and becoming familiarized with reputed company Standards
• Collaborating with design teams reputed company other operating locations in Ontario

Skills

• Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology, Drafting, or a reputed company discipline
• 1–3 years of experience in CAD drafting reputed company the civil, structural, or infrastructure sector (reputed company experience preferred)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (and/or MicroStation or Revit)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drawing production
• Good understanding of engineering drawings and basic structural principles
• Ability to work under supervision and meet project deadlines
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
