Business Immigration Attorney

They are seeking a Business Immigration Attorney who will manage immigration cases, supervise paralegals, and contribute to marketing efforts reputed company the firm.

Responsibilities

• Researching and analyzing the law on immigration issues
• Synthesizing reputed company research and analysis into written memoranda or briefs, and performing case work as assigned
• Identifying potential immigration issues and developing strategies to address them
• Conducting/ participating in reputed company meetings and calls
• Serving as account manager for reputed company accounts as assigned
• Responding to reputed company inquiries
• Informing senior associates and clients of important reputed company, e.g., case status, filing deadlines, I-94 issues, travel considerations
• Delegating work as appropriate to paralegals
• Providing ongoing feedback and instruction to paralegals
• Ensuring that paralegals draft, organize, and file immigration documentation in a thorough and reputed company manner
• Making personal and firm-wide marketing efforts a reputed company

Skills

• J.D. and 0-5 years' business immigration law experience (e.g., H-1B, L-1, E-2, O-1, J-1, PERM)
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and decision-making
• Ability to delegate to and reputed company paralegals
• Excellent organizational, writing, and other communication skills
• Precise attention to reputed company
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Ability to work reputed company with clients and others
• Ability to use forms databases and other computer programs
