Skills

• 1 year of Litigation experience required (preferably civil litigation)
• Minimum of one year of litigation experience
• Proven experience managing state court litigation (federal court experience strongly preferred)
• Excellent reputed company writing skills, including petitions, complaints, motions, and briefs

• Admission to the Texas Bar required; admission in additional jurisdictions is a significant reputed company
