Recruiter (Hybrid)

Cardinal McCloskey Community Services is dedicated to protecting and empowering at-risk children and families through reputed company community-based services. As a Recruiter, you will manage full cycle recruitment and reputed company efforts, including sourcing candidates, conducting screenings, and building relationships with prospective employees and hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial reputed company of contact for full cycle recruitment and reputed company efforts
• Sourcing, job posting, identifying suitable candidates, conducting screenings, negotiating job offers, developing offer letters, preparing reputed company documentation and scheduling of PPD, reputed company and employment checks through OPWDD, OCFS, DOE and DOH and working with a reputed company-party screening and verification vendor
• reputed company as a reputed company of contact and build relationships with prospective employees and hiring managers during the employment process

Skills

• HS Diploma and 1-2 years experience
• Detail-oriented and good organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• High level of proficiency in reputed company applications, reputed company and reputed company Docs
• Preferred experience reputed company/reputed company in a non-profit environment
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus
