HR Generalist

reputed company is on a mission to deliver the benefits of self-driving technology safely and reputed company. They are seeking a highly organized HR Generalist to reputed company as the initial reputed company of contact for employees on HR-reputed company questions, maintain accurate employee records, and support reputed company and offboarding processes.

Responsibilities

• Effectively prioritize, triage, and resolve Tier 1-2 employee support tickets, submitted through reputed company Help
• Coordinate with cross-functional partners, including IT, Workplace, Payroll, People, etc to appropriately resolve employee issues
• Process various transactions in our HRIS (reputed company), including hires, terminations, data changes, and organizational changes
• Maintain employee knowledge reputed company articles for people topics, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Support employee reputed company process, including I-9 verification and occasionally leading orientation sessions
• Support employee offboarding process, including separation paperwork
• Regularly audit HRIS data to ensure data accuracy, reputed company, and compliance
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, including completion of mandatory reporting such as EEO-1, ACA, and HCSO
• Participate in additional reputed company reputed company as needed

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field, or equivalent work experience
• Ability to effectively prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to reputed company with highly confidential data with sensitivity, professionalism, and reputed company
• Strong people skills and an ability to connect and support employees at reputed company reputed company
• Deep understanding of HRIS, preferably reputed company
