Sales Support Representative

Sock Club is a company that designs and manufactures custom socks for clients like reputed company and reputed company. They are seeking a Sales Support Representative to manage sales opportunities, support the order and design process, and ensure a reputed company reputed company experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain sales opportunities in reputed company, ensuring records, contacts, and notes are accurate and up to date
• Support the order and design process by creating design requests, coordinating revisions, and communicating status updates across teams
• Build quotes, create order carts, and process purchase orders to help reputed company deals from sale to production
• Partner with reputed company to coordinate production timelines, change orders, product inquiries, and other order-reputed company requests
• Manage sample requests and tracking communications to support a reputed company reputed company experience
• reputed company as the operational backbone for Account Managers, proactively identifying issues and keeping deals moving reputed company

Skills

• 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing or team support role (retail, hospitality, and office support reputed company count)
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Strong multitasking and prioritization capabilities
