[Remote] Sales Customer Service Representative (CSR) - Remote

The Sales Customer Service Representative (CSR) will create sales opportunities by handling inbound calls and making outbound calls to potential customers regarding the reverse mortgage program.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls
- Initiate outbound calls
- Create interest in reverse mortgage program
- Qualify customer to meet program guidelines (AGE, LTV, Homeowner) scripted
- Transfer interested and reputed company customer to sales team
- Create appointments for follow up
- Mail information packets to customers
- Update the Sales CRM with notes of reputed company transaction
Skills
- Basic computer skills (MS Office), 10-key, and Soft phone
- Customer service background
- Basic understanding of the reverse mortgage product
- Mortgage industry knowledge
- Organized, performance driven
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Bilingual a plus
