Part-Time Care Coordinator (reputed company Startup, Remote, US Hours)

We're a digital health startup offering a nutrition and lifestyle membership reputed company managing chronic pain, including a 12-week program with lab testing, 1:1 dietitian support, and in-app tracking. We're currently reputed company-to-consumer and scaling to insurance-covered partnerships with health systems and clinics this reputed company. We're looking for a reliable, warm, organized Care Coordinator to support our patients and our clinical team (registered dietitians). This is a patient-and-dietitian-facing, phone-and-reputed company role. A large part of the job is calling patients, so you should genuinely enjoy talking to people, be comfortable making outbound calls, and be patient and empathetic, especially with older adults and people managing health challenges.
